Scheduling
Students. Unless otherwise determined by supervisors, students are expected to schedule work between 15-20 work hours per week and build to a minimum caseload of 10 weekly clients (12 in second semester). Students must attend one hour of primary supervision per week, one hour of didactics per week, and one hour of group supervision per week.
As of now, Group supervision is expected to fall on Tuesday and Didactics on Thursday. Students will work with supervisors to determine the rest of their schedule. Students are required to attend.
Provisionally Licensed Clinicians. You must schedule at times that your supervisor can be available to take over any particular session should this become necessary. Work with your supervisor to determine your overall schedule.
You are free to set your caseload as large or small as you like (though you must abide by the terms of your contract or employment agreement as primary). No clinician should be holding more than 25 clinical sessions in any given week without the prior approval of a Delve Director.
Non-supervising Fully Licensed Clinicians. You are free to work when you want as you determine.
