I firmly believe that therapy is for everyone. It is never too late to make a change, and with the right kind of support, we can do hard things, accomplish our goals, and live the lives we want to live. Still, fears of judgment, concerns about self-worth, low levels of self-compassion, experiences of burnout, and feelings of hopelessness can get in the way of taking the next step to reach out for support. As your therapist, I am part of your team. And as your teammate, I will respect your perspective and collaborate with you to create the best space for you to process, reflect, and grow while on your own unique journey.

With a background in working with individuals in psychiatric residential treatment facilities, I understand how pervasive struggles with mental health can be in day-to-day functioning. Together, we will address the areas of your life that are most important to you and your values.

All individuals aged 16+ interested in working with me are invited to contact me. I currently offer exclusively virtual services. I look forward to hearing from you!
