Time Sheet Due Date Adjustment

In speaking with the HR people, we need to adjust the time sheet due dates because we also need to adjust the dates employees will be paid.

For the first half of the month, time sheets are now due by the 20th (and you will be paid by the 28th.

For the second half of the month, time sheets are now due by the 5th (and you will be paid by the 13th.

Please get this pay period’s time sheets in ASAP!

Good morning everyone! I want to introduce you to the new time sheet procedure. This applies to employees only (not contractors or students). Non-clinical time and unremitted clinical time and can be submitted as paid time using the time sheets form found here. This page will also provide you with other information on how and when to submit your sheets, so please read it over in detail.

In general, timesheets for the 1st to the 15th will be due by the 25th of that month.

And, timesheets for the 16th to the end of the month will be due by the 10th of the next month.

This practice will begin for the pay period of May 16 to May 31, 2022. The first submission is due by the 10th of June.
